For the processing of payments, Innopolium uses Stripe, a third-party payment processing service provider (www.stripe.com - hereinafter referred to as "Stripe").
2. The process is governed by these terms and conditions (hereinafter "Terms"), which Customers are invited to read carefully.
B. DEBIT AND SERVICE ACTIVATION OR RENEWAL PROCEDURE
3. Following acceptance of an offer for Innopolium 's services and/or concluding a relevant contract, Innopolium will send the Customer a link (payment link), through which the Customer, after entering their tax details, will be directed to Stripe's secure environment to complete the debit. The debit amount is calculated by Innopolium based on its agreement with each Customer, taking into account any terms of automatic renewal of the services, as well as any agreed payment in installments. In the event of an amount being settled in installments, the debit for the installments is again made automatically on the dates agreed with the Customer (usually every 30 days).
For some of the services provided, instead of completing the payment, the Customer is asked to register their card details in a secure Stripe environment, so that Innopolium can charge for the services provided and issue an invoice. It is noted that Innopolium does not have access to the card details that Customers register in the Stripe service.
4. To complete the process, the Customer will be asked to enter in Stripe's secure environment, information depending on the payment method such as, but not limited to, the following:
(a) for payment using a credit or debit card:
i ) the credit or debit card number, ii ) its expiration date, and iii ) the three-digit card verification number ( CVV / VISA or CVC / MC ) that appears on the back of the card.

Specifically for subscription renewals, the following procedure is followed: At least ten (10) days before each subscription renewal, an automated message will be sent by Innopolium to the Customer, through which the Customer will have the option to cancel. Specifically for the cancellation of booking services from the i-host partner network, Customer may send an email to: .
5. It is recommended that each Customer does not complete the relevant transaction before checking the accuracy of the information they have declared. In any case, the completion of the above fields is the responsibility of the Customer. Innopolium bears no responsibility for any incorrect charges due to any typing error on the part of the Customer.
6. Following the successful completion of the process by the Customer, if the payment is made via credit or debit card, the Customer is automatically charged for the services of their choice with the agreed amount. In case of payment via SEPA, it may take up to 14 business days to confirm a successful transaction. In case of failure of the charge, the procedure of term 10 applies.
7. By successfully completing the transaction, the Customer consents and unconditionally accepts the payment of the services of their choice (software subscriptions and/or reservations from the i-host partner network) and their renewal, with automatic debiting of the relevant amount from the corresponding debit or credit card or from the account entered in the system, according to condition 4 above. There is no charge for the above transactions.
8. Furthermore, the Customer acknowledges that the respective payment link leads to the billing process in the Stripe environment, browsing which is subject to the terms of use of the Stripe website. The Company bears absolutely no responsibility for the content and personal data management policy of Stripe’s. We recommend that you carefully read Stripe 's terms and policies.
9. Overdue debts - Payment function with settlement in installments of the debit amount
The automatic debit system has been configured to also serve cases of payment or settlement (in installments) for the repayment of debts. In order for a Customer to pay or settle an overdue debt, they follow the link sent by the Company, through which they register the debit account ( IBAN / SEPA or credit / debit card). Following the registration of the account details, the collection is done automatically, depending on the agreed settlement terms. In the event of a charge failure, the procedure in term 10 applies.
10. Billing failure
In case that the available balance of the account registered by the Customer is not sufficient for the repayment of an installment or total amount (depending on the terms of the settlement), the system makes up to eight (8) attempts to collect funds as follows: The first three (3) every one (1) day and the remaining/next five (5) attempts every five (5) days. If in any of these attempts, the account balance is sufficient to pay the relevant installment or the relevant amount (depending on the terms of the settlement), the corresponding amount will then be collected. Any delays in paying installments or amounts do not affect the start and end dates of subscriptions or services.
If after eight (8) attempts to collect an installment or amount from the account, the payment of the relevant installment or amount is not possible, Innopolium has the right to terminate the Customer's access to its services.
Specifically for the account debit failure scenario, if the Customer chooses the SEPA / IBAN method, either for the purpose of paying the total amount or for paying an installment, the system does not make any other debit attempts, except for one (1), the initial one. In this case, if the payment of the relevant installment or amount is not possible, Innopolium has the right to terminate the Customer's access to its services.
If the payment of an installment or the total amount fails, regardless of the payment method chosen by the user (Debit / Credit / SEPA), the relevant billing link will remain available and the Customer will be able to visit it and complete the billing process normally.
In the event of a failed payment or installment/amount repayment that led to suspension of access to the services and once the user successfully makes the installment or amount repayment by following the relevant link, then the services are activated after the successful installment or amount repayment.
